At Paradise Marina in N Ft Myers. All in all its no a bad place to be.Close to town a great library system.and a clean marina. We basicly ran out of time to finish the loop this year and Brenda is still having helth issues. So far and thank goodness Our AC's are working well and we are comfy(I'm knocking on teaks as we speak!!!!)Norm and Sue Mayer are HOFERs also and we have gotten to be good friends.(Run Around Sue).So everyone have a safe summer.I'll be snooping around here each day.Robby Bren and Radar

We were looking at Hatteras's for sale in Cape Coral and Legacy Harbor in Fort Myers in mid April and it was sooo hot and I'm thinking OMG, how do these people stand it when summer hits, and it reeeallllly gets hot.

So now summer is here and I notice you guys are cooler than we are ! (coastal SC)... was supposed to hit 100 here tomorrow but they scaled it back to a chilly 97....gawd....

Good to see you back online again, Robby. That really is a neat little marina. Convenient, very well protected, and lots of friendly folks. The Loop will still be there when the time is right.

It's hot all over today. No relief anywhere. Maybe next week.

I'm always watching the weather back home in Port St Lucie and comparing to Baltimore Yacht Club where I spend much of the summer, and Gayle and I agree it is more comfortable in PSL. I also find the west coast of FL is more uncomfortable than the east at the same latitude. And there is no comparing air quality. We spent last summer at PSL while my lymphoma was being treated, and in general found it acceptable because we generally get a nice E or SE breeze off the ocean as the center of the state heats up.

I like ft. Myers too. PSL rocks in the winter and hated leaving it last month. I love that clear water. We are back in charleston now with dirty water and hot as a oven. The marshes are cooler though. Our A/C's work great and still freeze us out so I guess we do what landlubbers do, just go inside and chill out.

PSL rocks??? The only thing I ever saw that rocked coming out of PSL was Megan Fox!

Definitely the best thing that ever came out of PSL!
