water leak around floor next to master shower found!

I've been figuring out where the source of the leak is coming from. The passage way sole next to the wall of the master shower is completely damaged and needs replacing. I removed the access hatch located inside the shower to further search for the source. To my horror, it appears that the one piece fiberglass shower pan floor/bench shower is made from sandwich plywood glassed on both sides. Water has permeated the core and must be the source of the leak. It must be traveling inside the pan and somehow out the bottom and onto the passage way sole.

Now what? Sigh*
