Wanted large hand rail hinge can trade for latch

I need a hing for a railing gate. My rear gate going to the swim step has latches on both sides. I would like to hinge it on one side so I don't have to put a ugly tether on it.

Sams has 2 sizes of them.
If anyone has 1/2 of hinge, I may have the other 1/2!

Mine is attached to the removable panel so I slide both up and out at the same time. Very convenient.
