  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
67' COCKPIT MY (1987 - 1995)
I need a Datamarine System 2300B depth finder. I have a working transducer but the display has died.

Are you refering to the odd shaped depth finder labeled "international offsore" found on all the old Hatteras'? If so, I will have one avaliable in a month or two.

I need to check the parts posts more often.

I am looking for the Datamarine 2300B. It is a white rectangular box depth finder with a simple LED read out.

If you have one I would love to buy it. I am in Tampa so the logistics should be pretty easy.

Please email me directly at brucerodgers at tampabay.rr.com substituting @ for the "at".

Thanks

Bruce

I think I have one too. I have to check the numbers. I happen to have the book. It's listed as "The International Offshore System 3000." At least that's what it says on the cover of the Information Manual. If you want it along with the original owners manual let me know, and you decide what it's worth. I have never used it, it came with my present boat. I had it removed when I updated all the electronics, I assume it still functions. It is a rectangle shape with a digital read out and it has two knobs, one for FT-M-FM
the other is for a depth alarm. Seems simple enough to use.

If you still have one of these depth-finders, let me know what you want for it. My display unit has dead/missing elements in the LCD readout window, other than that it works great. Help? My telephone is: office 517-481-8089 or cell 517-410-1463 - THANK YOU!!

Before you buy another used unit you may want to check with Datamarine. I have sent units to them twice for rebuilds, they came back like new. I was happy to spend a few dollars rather than drilling, rewiring, filling holes.

I think I found them on the Internet. If that doesn't work let me know if the series 3000 is compatible with your transducer.
