  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
48' COCKPIT MY-Series II (1993 - 1996)
I have rebuilt vacuflush systems in the past. I’ve never seen a configuration like this. Does anyone know where the duck bill valves are located and what size?

Having trouble building a vacuum. The pump just runs and runs

That is the newer style all in one, the box on the bottom replaces the football from 2 piece systems.

Under the base of the pump and at the inlet.
Are you sure you have a duck-bill valve problem?
2" and an O ring.

I am not sure at all. I just know that a vacuum is not being generated as the stool won’t flush with the typical whoosh. It occasionally will work. Historically it’s been the duck bill valves. I once had to replace the bellows but really don’t think that is the issue

There ya go.

Thanks guys. 2” and an O ring should do it. The link to the parts drawing helped completely

If it was a compromised bellows... you would know it.... liquified poop would be all over the top of the unit.... or at the very least the odor would be...
