Urgent! Whinging Noise

I had cutlass bearings replaced and running gear painted. No other changes. Launched and heard high pitched whinging noise on the starboard. Nothing in reverse. Nothing port side. Pitch increases with increased rpm.
Is this shaft against bearing and what is worst case if anyone knows.

Bearings sometimes do that when new. Props with sharp edges too. Could be either. If it's a new bearing and properly aligned it should be ok but annoying.
