Im prepping for paint and have a dumb question, do you paint the underwater bronze bonding blocks, and the area on the rudders under the zinks

So far no issues, but we are still in VA at AYB. I hear the Waccamaw River is bad and water level is very high. I expect it will be getting worse as we run south from here, but the next 100 miles are reported to be fine.
