Turbo Paint

Hello every body what paint should i use on a 892 wet turbo ? Does it need to be high heat? Can i use
same as engine , If same as engine some reccomendations please.

They can be painted with regular paint. I like Rustoleum bright white professional.

Does that match the typical Detroit white? I need some touch up on my engines and was thinking Rustoleum.

Rustoleum Almond White matches my 89 Johnson & Towers 6V92s.

I too have been using Rustoleum did the motors back in 06 before install holds up well. I have learned since then if you use their clear on top it holds up and cleans up even better.

THANKS EVERY BODY WHAT A HECK OF A GRATE PLACE FOR HAT OWNERS.

Wish me well this comming monday starets the Big Rock blue marlin tournament we have entered. I was lucky enough to be be excepted in the Hatters Marlin club this year that tournament starts on the 15 so two back to back big tournaments i hope nothing brakes.
I am going to make a offer if anyone wants to ride a day or so let me know. A very nice man let me fish with him who is on the forum. I gave him the invita but it was not in the cards.

Toby just log on to big rock tournament and hatteras Marlin club they post the results daily. Hope you see me there. Every thing is ready but leaving today to check out a supecious oil leak valve cover i think. Anna is fishing with me saturday ladys part of the big rock.Both she and Brook are comming.
