Yeah, I have a friend who lost a couple of fingers to high powered electric wires. He was very lucky.

Former slipmate was a lineman in a prior life. He said there are two ages of high tension lineman, young, retired young, but no old...

P.s., back in my grade school days (50's) an infamous older schoolmate became famous by climbing the barbed wire fence around a sub-station and grabbing some hot wires. He was very good as showing off how he could light a cigarette with an old fashioned book of matches, one handed, or should I say one armed. You can guess the rest.
