40' DOUBLE CABIN-Series I (1986 - 1989)
A month ago I had a bout of diverticulytis (still don't know how to spell that) and went in the hospital. They did a CT scan and the ER doc came in and said we found an unrelated mass on your pancreas and we can't rule out cancer.(have a nice weekend) Said they scheduled me for a biopsy on Mon. My wife, whose a nurse, said Hold on, we're going to Duke, I know you Carolina fans they have a medical ctr also however Duke has a pancreas guru. Had a test done where they take some blood and nuke it with tracers, then do another Ct. It lights up spleen tissue and if the mass lights up then you have whats called an accessory spleen. Got the news this morning that it lit up!!!!! We sometimes have a Christmas tree lighting party however this year we're going to celebrate the lighting of the spleen!!! Going to be a very special Christmas this year!!!!!!!
