  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
43' MOTOR YACHT (1984 - 1987)
I bought some blue led lights for the fly bridge and sundeck. Now I am really the blue bayou. I bought them at superbrightleds.com. pretty good price too. I was worried it would look tacky but It makes a the boat look really cool. Looks more like one of those new sport fish boats. So what do ya'll think?

Looks fantastic. I put blue under water lights on mine and love them.

I thought about that but we are in very dark stained water in the Carolinas so I don't know if it would be worth it. Don't think I haven't thought about it though. It would look great.

I added blue LED's to my overhead console. I like them. My Hatteras friends make fun of them saying it looks like a Sea Ray. They're just jealous.

Actually was leaning toward disco ball, but thanks for the ideas, maybe reconsider the whole concept!?

Get a leisure suit and you can be John travolta dancing on the back deck!

It's all about the BLING!!!

No it's all about the "BASS". That's a song. I don't listen to that kinda music just so ya know. Really the blue makes the deck look good without destroying your night vision. I'm going all LED. Still looking for that disco ball and leisure suit. Maybe a thrift store will have one.

I want to replace my lgts to blue leds but have 32v dual bayonet style. I remember somewhere on forum a replacement part number for led but can't find it now. Do you a 32v system and if so, what led?

Well Top Hatt now you have to show the ladder. You guys will love this.

I don't know...

The first thing I thought was missing were some hot woman with day-glow paint on them pole dancing.

Am I gonna get in trouble now Jim?

Single chip LEDs under ladder steps. (simple pleasures)

I haven't seen 32v 1142 base LED bulbs. You might consider a DC to DC voltage converter (32v to 12v) if you don't find any. http://www.ebay.com/bhp/dc-dc-converter-36v-to-12v

Are you kidding? You'll have to try harder than that.
