Been getting items from Sams for a long time . I called Mike in the NC office and told him i needed a transom door hinge . Mine the pen came out of. Just had to mention it was the one he sold me about 8 months ago . He could not belive the problem. While ording he ask me to hold on. I am sure it was to talk to Steve M because when he came back on the phone the hinge was sent to me at no chatge eaven the freight paid. I did not ask it was offered...
