Today Roger talked me through trouble-shooting a malfunctioning systems monitor over the phone. I'm not very electrically savvy, but Roger walked me through the process step-by-step. We identified the problem, isolated the source and had the system back operating as new in about an hour at zero cost to me. we are truly fortunate to have a person with Roger's encyclopedic knowlege of Hatteras systems as a resource.
