Would like to find 50sq ft of Haddon Hall patterned teak parquet. Contact in overseas can ship it and a manufacturer in North Carolina will make it, but at their quoted prices it would be cheaper to install Lonseal. Want to keep the original look.

Here is a place in the states that I found a few years ago when I thought we were going to need some additional parquet.

Louisville Wood Floors, LLC
Phone: 502-899-WOOD
Fax: 502-899-9660

We ended up not needing any but the price was about the same as shipping from overseas.

Good luck with your project! I have no connection or interest in this business.

Nick

Hi Frank

Were you able to secure the Haddon Hall parquet flooring? If so, I would appreciate it if you could share your source.

Evening all,
While we are here, does anyone know what finish was put on the original teak parquet? I need to refinish a piece under the fridge.
John

I used to buy a lot of teak from Kentucky Hardwood Flooring which I believe is now Louisville Wood Flooring. I'm sure you can find a retailer in your area who can order from them. I would advise you let any new flooring acclimate for an extended period before installing. I have seen some exotic woods takes months to reach the proper moisture content to install.

Going to let out a secrets.

Try atlantic veneer In Beauford N.C.

Ask to speak to Jack He is the man 252 515 3868

They have tuns of teak and actually make the veneer there all kinds good luck

that is where the teak comes from for Jaret Bay and all the down easl builders

Bill, how have you been, how is that beautiful St Johns River. Louisville Wood Flooring would make 50 pieces for $1500 + shipping. www.thaiteak-maine.com is $6.15 each sanded and beveled. Shipping prices, surface mail $291, 3-4 months; salmail $585, 4 weeks; airmail $958 6-15 days. How bad do we want to stay original?

I googled "haddon hall teak parquet" and a bunch of stuff came up. I didn't really scrutinize it, so I don't know if the results are valid. Have you tried that?
