Does anyone know a source for the round chrome switch labels on the older Hats? My normal set of labels are in good shape, but I would like some for additional switches.

Sailorman in Fort Lauderdale should have used and maybe new ones in stock.

Hi All,

If you're talking about the washer shaped labels about the size of a quarter that are under each pull switch on the dash that have black lettering..... I've been working with Ed at Sams. He's going to have a full set made by a local sub. They will be offered for sale on the Sams site hopefully soon.

What about the plastic rectangular labels that are on affixed to the exterior?

Go to any trophey shop they will usually make while you wate. If you have the old ones they usually can trace them. Tim

Chris Crafts use the round ones too. After you talk to Sam's, check with the boys at LPX Parts in Bradenton.

I am talking about the round ones. Mine are chrome with no color in the printing. The round labels LPX offers look to be black with printed white lettering.

Are the labels Sam's is working on going to be chrome like the originals?

Unless yer a purist, go with the CC type, These are STAMPED LETTERS and easy to read, whereas the Hatt units appear to be acid etched and nearly impossible to read. The CC type also have a little point on the backside to keep them oriented "up" where the others rotate at will. ws

The black and white art on the LPX site for the labels is just that, not a photo. Call them and ask.

Hi all

I checked with LPX . Problem is most of their
labels do not correspond to the names on the Hatt instrument panel. Ed is attempting to rplicate the various names

Hi All,

Here are the ones I'm asking Ed to replicate:

Stop, Start, Blower, Wipers, Deck Lights, Horn, Instrument, Compass,

Anchor, Navigation, Synchronizer,

And 2 others I can't recall at the moment......
