So Turner, what has Foley said about you and your broker which wasn't true where this transaction was concerned?

It seems very obvious you and/or your broker placed a no reserve auction on eBay which you/he reneged on.

Screw the legal part, have them fight it out in a steel cage and we can sell tickets and pay per view for diesel money.

I have never seen so much BS over selling a boat.

I do not see what Mr. Foley has done wrong here!!! He has tried to purchase a boat that was listed for sale......as the result of a very unprofessional broker he was unsuccessfull......That is the way I see it.... maybe Mr Turner can shed some light on what has happened here and hopefully end all this bullshit.......

Me too...I MUST have missed something...can anyone fill me in?

Edit: Reading the other thread on this now...all I hve to say is WOW! If it was a no-reserve auction and got up to $135k, the seller has the OBLIGATION to sell at that price...legally...or at least that is my understanding...sounds like a court battle coming up?
