I am trying to get interest from Hatteras owners near Cape Canaveral Florida to "raft up" in the Ocean to watch the offshore power boat races called Thunder on Cocoa Beach(not really going to raft up because its the ocean!). The Races are from 10AM - 4PM both Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th. IF (big if) the seas are okay I plan to go out Saturday AM and anchor through Sunday.
