I am looking for advice on removal of the built-in sofa on a 1987 41' Hatteras convertible with galley up. The sofa is located on the starboard side and features rod storage underneath. I need access to the outboard side of the starboard Detroit 671tib for an in-frame rebuild and would add a hatch to ease the access. Any ideas or information would be greatly appreciated...I don't know where to start and have enlisted opinions at the marina with no help.
