small boat wanted

I'm looking to buy a small boat to run around with in Fla during my winter stays. Something around 23 ft + or - a ft or 2. Although I am not a fisherman, I kind of like the looks of the 23 & 24 Wellcraft Coastal or Proline, Key West and many others with the same basic layout. It should be a walk around cabin type with at least a porta potti (prefer plumbed). I have owned lots of small boats over the years including a few new runabouts and center console types. I prefer the walk around in case of spray or rain we have some protection. I'm not sure if I will like my idea but I want to give it a try for the season. My plan will be to store the boat most of the year in long term inside storage somewhere in south Fla and use it during Dec, Jan, Feb and Mar. Basically I'm looking for a reliable "throw away" and I fully expect to lose a few bucks. If we like the experience, we can then modify our wants for the following year

We'll appreciate any help/guidance even though I know it won't be a Hatteras. Well I'm still keeping my '82 48 MY as my Northern boat so I'm still a Hatteras guy.
