Simrad AP20- head Unit

My Simrad AP20 head unit quit working.
Guess it's the head unit that is busted as it will no longer turn on. Stop working first day crossing over to West End.
Does anyone know where to get one, or has one to sell?
Or where to get the old head unit fixed repaired, checked out

That's a tough one. I found one as n.o.s. on ebay a year ago. got it for 500. Used examples command crazy prices too Watch ebay There is this one on there right now

Simrad offers a flat fee repair (800-628-4487). I think that it's $400 for an AP20, but I would check before making a decision. Then you would have a virtually new unit.

Ok got the complete operation pump and all i just took it off last week and replaced with garman.
When i removed it worked well. We could not interface with the 5200 garman plotter and work well so we changed the auto pilot.
As to cost whatever is reasonable and fair It is just resting in the dock box.

i have pm you but i only have one. I have the complete unit and will let it go at what the head is worth or whatever you belive is a fair price. My post was directed to Tommy let him give me a not interested and i will pm you. I feel Tommy made inquiry first hope no hard feelings.

I'll need it. Friend came over today and plugged in his head unit and it worked. So means my head unit toast
