shower problem in 34 hatt

good morning! We have a new 1966 34 hatteras. We have completely redone the wiring, engines, etc, etc. However, the shower in the head is probably the original one. There is a circular track for the shower curtain. How do I hang the shower curtain---what part do I need to insert so I can attach the shower hooks?

Shower curtain has to be custom made. It hangs from Nylon "t"'s that slid into the track.

I have a curtain made up and not in use, you may use it as a pattern to have one made if you would like.

I would first place a call to Sam's just to be certain they don't stock such items.

which is a smaller outfit in NY. Most likely you can discuss your requirements with Mel. One caveat: the slides that I got (M-110) needed a little tweaking, but I had a hard time finding any other sources on the web for marine/RV hardware like this. Look in the tracks section for the closest match, then find the slide/carriers for that product.

even if I make a custom curtain--what about the slides--I found something similar at a marine hardware store--but we need to measure and see if it fits.
