Hatteras Model
43' CONVERTIBLE-Series I (1978 - 1983)
On our 43c, the voltage meter on the main panel does not register any voltage when connected to 50amp service shore power. I’ve tried different shore power lines, different marinas. Still no voltage reading. I always have AC power coming into the boat, the voltage meter just doesn’t read any voltage. However, when I’m running off the on board generator, I get 220v on the meter. Please help!

It sounds like a wire from your selector switch to the meter if you have a rotary shore generator selector switch When you are in the shore position the wire from that terminal to the meter has come loose. Same situation if you have breakers for selecting. John
