I have been told by the guys at Sams that these vent covers were something "made at the factory" and are not a 'typical' part for which there are replacements.
Errg.
So, with that in mind, anybody have an idea where I can get, or how I'd make a single replacement?

I would start with a piece of Coosa that is the same thickness, cut to overall size and use a router to make the slots. Then prime and paint to match.

If you do end up making some, set up a jig and knock out a few of them. Then you'll have spares and maybe some extras to sell. Someone else here will surely need one as well.
