My salon window frames are in excellent condition. Fuzzies for slider old and hard but I do not open them. Question is on each side there are 1-2 tiny little spots that corrode and “bleed” white dust onto the bright work below the frames. What is the best way to seal up and stop corrosion short of drilling out the corrosion and filling to stop the process? Spots are maybe 1/8” or so.
I am a self proclaimed master of JB weld parts making (for motocross bikes, not on marine stuff) and am thinking of drilling out 9/16” to eliminate any material with the corrosion on it and then filling in. I can make it invisible but need to see if a better option is a proven remedy.
