  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
Not Currently A Hatteras Owner
Splashed after a month on the hard, ran two hours from palm beach to pompano. We are docked at our neighbors while our dock is finished. Tied up, connected shore power as usual then lost power completely a minute or two later. Tower breaker isn’t tripped, checked the shore power fuses that seem good. Ideas? All “main” breakers on every panel are not tripped. Panel shows no incoming power. I’m thinking the neighbors breaker where the tower is pulled from but wouldn’t the tower breaker go first?

Not if it’s a weak breaker.

check for 240 at the breaker. had one pole of a 2 pole dock breaker fail a few weeks back, had me scratching my head for a few mins. Once I checked the power at the breaker it all made sense. trip to HD and $15 later i had power.

Recycle all breakers. Sometimes they trip but don't look like it.
Insure a good throw both ways and a solid click when turning it back on.

Not sure which style you have but I have the Bussmans and the only way to tell if they are blown is with a multi meter.

Checked the tower for power from the outlet, nothing!! Went to the main breaker panelAnd found it tripped. Reset it and saw a spark from a junction box (tower breaker was off) I won’t be using this power source anytime soon.
