  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
61' COCKPIT MY (1981 - 1985)
I need new head units for Robertson autopilot.
Robertson DL300 large head unit
Robertson 300 small head unit
Anyone have any of these antique units laying around they want to sell?

I might have one I will be on the boat on Saturday.

I have a AP 300X and I think a AP-20 head

Saw some earlier at Sailorman in Fort Lauderdale.

Thanks for responses guys
I talked with Max Marine and no go only possible repair at huge expense.
Ebay no good either.
I sent PM to the two members who have units, waiting for answers.

Time to modernize.

The new systems are far superior and not expensive. A full blown Garmin with their smartpump is $4099.99. A few sensors and cables and your still under $4500.

it also possible to use your old pump if it's 12 or 24 volt. That runs about $2100.

If you're patient, you will find what you need. People are pulling out old equipment all the time.

I have a complete AP100 system available.

Here are pictures of the main head unit I need and also the computer for my system it needs to work with.

ebay or have it repaired. Those old robertson ap's and cockroaches will be the only things left after a nuclear holocaust I wouldn't replace one of those unless I had no other choice.

Still looking for head units. Anyone???

I don't have enough posts to post a link.

Wow, Looked like a good site to contact.
I have saved it in my contact list for future needs.

Simrad forwarded me to him after I had some questions about an R3000X AP remote.
He answered my questions. Appears he does all the old Robertson repairs/inquiries for Simrad.

Try Marine Electronics of the Outer Banks. They might have what you need, used.
