Replacing glass in orginal doors

On our 1971 58YF, the wing doors, rear deck and side doors have the glass built in. The rear doors haven't been painted over, so it's easy to see where you remove the wood trim to remove the glass. Anyone tried this yet? Wondering how difficult of a job it is. As all jobs, it appears that it would be simple. We all know that it's never that simple

quarter round on the inside , glass is bedded into the outside wood. I used a wood chisel and removed the q Round and then busted the glass out, had a local shop make new glass and then used teak Q round pin nailed and sanded it back to contour ......Pat
