Replacing Ac blower with electric heating element

My 18500 btu AC has electric heat. The blower basically has An electric heating element in it. I would like to replace the blower as 2 of the cage blades are broke and it is making a funny sound. I looked at Grainger but they don’t seem to sell blowers with built in electric heating elements in them. Any tips on where I can replace this blower?

Are there any letters or numbers on said device? And most A/C's I know set up like this the resistance element and the squirrel fan are separate items. A picture would be interesting.

Actually, I would just replace the hamster wheel and motor.....
