Replacement screen for port lights

I have zero screens for my portlights and having no luck finding replacements. Sams lists them but shows none in stock at $25 a pop so it would cost me $350 I searched online for them with no luck.
so I figured I could just cut some screen to fit and glue down to the lip the screens would lay against and not go overboard but there isn’t any lip or edge, there are six little 3 prongs that the screen frame would snap into so that’s out. Anyone have an alternate source ??

I would get some materials at a hardware or hobby store and make my own. They are just a sandwich of two frames and a screen. Some of mine are heavy cardboard and some are plastic. Very simple.

Just a thought here, how about making a very accurate heavy card stock template and having 26 frames laser cut or CNC routered out of thin plastic material. you can then sandwich the screen between, glue and install. You will not be saving any money but will have the feeling of a job well done.
