Does anyone know where to get replacement breakers for the original Hatteras 120V panels that live in the E/R's???

SAM's is reportedly unable to obtain these...Any ideas???

Steve

Those AirPax breakers show up on Ebay once in a while. I think they are model #239, back mount.

You could also try this guy:

Sams referred me to him for a rotary switch. His prices are not great, but he has alot of old stock. BE CAREFUL, though. My experience was that he does not like to take returns and he will try to blame you if you get the wrong part. Use a Credit Card if possible just in case you need to dispute it later.

Thanks, Sky!

I will be disassembling the breaker box soon and will get the exact specs on what I need...

Best,

Steve

Sams marine in ft lauderdale fl has them I just ordered a 20A on Monday

I talked to Steve about a month ago and he had both single and double versions of the breakers. Might be worth another phone call. As I recall the singles were in the $40 range and the doubles were at about $80.

Hatteras has some themselves, at least employees can buy them for their side jobs. Importantly, the ground fault breakers are defunct. They have to be replaced by a regular breaker with a GFI outlet of sufficient amperage put in line in front of it.

I've also sometimes seen them at the Jarrett Bay surplus store in Beaufort, NC. I stocked up.
