Replace the wildcat on a Ideal windlass?

Has anyone done this? I have the new wildcat from Ideal (Schaeffer) but need to know how to disassemble the vertical windlass to replace it. It looks like a press fit on the shaft once the clutch and capstan is removed.

Does anyone have a manual or diagram? Thx in advance-

Put a bolt back in the shaft and hit it with hammer and drift while putting upward pressure on the capstan. I’d soak it with your favorite penetrating oil before you start. They can be a pain to remove.
