Replace exhaust water hoses

I recently purchased a 34C. The surveyor recommended that some of the exhaust water hoses should be replaced. The boat is currently on the hard and already winterized. So I figured, I might as well replace all of the hoses.

Can I still replace the hoses OR should I just wait till spring?

If replaced now, and other than replenishing the coolant, do I have to pour antifreeze (red stuff) into the hoses for the winter cold?
