Overdue for a political post. Here goes....flames to follow.
I was in a Walmart (shhhh) checkout line the other day, when I spotted a special magazine dedicated to Ronald Reagan on what would have been his 100th year. The fellow behind me seemed to be of similar political pursuasion.
So I said to him, "if Reagan had Alzeimers, during his final year in office, as some people claim, then does that mean that he was forgetting more every day, than our [insert name] current POTUS ever knew?"
The man's wife laughed out loud at my remark and he did too! I didn't mean to be funny, but it comes out that way. What can I say?
