Do these heaters need a special element or will any house element so the same job provided it’s 230 volt

Do these heaters need a special element or will any house element so the same job provided it’s 230 volt

I believe they are somewhat derated from household electric units. The wattage is less, and the T&P valve opens at a lower pressure. On my Raritan 20 gal 110v model I uprated it to normal household type components, no issue several years in.
