Raritan ICER ETTE !!!!

Well, my ice maker bit the dust !! I just began to look for replacements and am in sticker shock !!!
This one is about H 26.5/ W 14.75 / D aprox 17.5 (no door).....Just having a hard time justifying $ 1K
to replace it... Can by a full size freezer for that !!! Has anybody found a suitable sub?

Question is; what part of the icemaker quit? I had a place that would repair. The last one was working 5 years later.

The old one is a model CM 48A I can send dimensions of the grill....yours if it fits....ed

I have a u line when i was redoing my 45 i ordered 2 i was going to put one in my moms apt at the retirement center she got worse and they would not let me install it in here new room no watter avable and just but holes . Any way i am going to the beach house this weekend it should be in the barn it is new and if i remember correctely still in the box. It is 3 to 4 years old but never used if you have interest let me know o lets say 350 you pay shiping a fair price for a fellow hat owner . I live in N.C. do not know where you are so freight on you.
