Radar Arch aft leaning

Might be buying a 53 yachtfisherman and would like to add a radar arch. Can anyone recommend where to get? I would like the enclosed style not open frame. thank you!

I had one fabricated from aluminum years ago. The guy made an arch from aluminum tube and welded aluminum plate over the tube and faired it all in and painted. Looked good.

His name was Bill Hawkins and he had a shop at his house on Cabin John Creek in Maryland. He built it about 1990 and may well be retired now.

There is a composites fabricator near Cambridge MD who could make one out of fiberglass. Jim or Walt can supply contact info.

I know you said you did not want open one but check out the aluminum frame arches from Atlantic towers. The are a kit and slide to fit different widths. Beautifully made in brushed aluminum. Helped a friend install one and was very impressed. Less than $3000.00 for a 53. John

No, it's made of platinum. But it IS gold plated.
