Looks like a handy addition to the Racors if you don't already have electric fuel primer pumps. But a better filter alternative (though more expensive since you'd be replacing the entire system) would be to replace the Racors with the Fleetguard dual stage filter system and add a separate Walbro pump for the priming duties. You can probably find a some info by doing a search here on the Fleetguard system which is much more effective than the racors and takes a lot less space.
I don't have any of the info or pics handy anymore since the computer all my data is on is 3500 miles away but several folks on this site have removed the reacors installed the fleetguard system. know Karl (Genesis) posted some pics and general info on the installation a while back that might be searchable.
However, if you are happy with your Racors, those add-on primer pumps do look quite useful and tidy. If I still used the Racors, I'd probably pop those primer pumps on in a hearbeat!
