Hatteras Model
46' CONVERTIBLE-Series I (1974 - 1981)
I'm looking to install CCVs on my 8-71 turbos. Has anyone bought them lately? When I search, they all come back on ebay. Diesel Pro only has Air Seps.

IMO, the Racor CCV is the better option. I have a few cut-sheets on the equipment.
If needed, PM me with your e-mail address and I'll get back to you tonight with them and some notes.

Sadly, putting in a fresh Racor CCV system is like cutting your own jig-saw puzzle pieces as you go along. No complete kits are ready for ole engines.

Both mfg's are expensive, Racor will cost a few pennies more when the dust settles but I feel you will have a better system when completed.

I installed them on my 12V71TIs.

If you have a strong heart, you can get a feel for some list prices here;

Thanks for the help. PM sent.

Agree that they work much better than do Airseps. Occasionally you find CCVs on eBay- worth looking. All installs are basically custom, as noted.

I have a complete set off of my 6V92’s check what P/Ns you need and PM me.
