Hatteras Model
Not Currently A Hatteras Owner
The 67 CPMY I've been tracking just dropped from $619k to $525K, only
$250k more and I pull the trigger.
 
Early next year is my bet.
 
If and when the prices fall to that level I wonder if I'll have the nerve to go ahead and buy, given what a statement that will make about the economy.
My partner was joking with a buddy of his that was selling his boat about trading a condo he has at the beach that is worth significantly less than the boat. The guy took him seriously and my partner got shook when he considered the deal outright. Be careful what we ask for.
