I had such good input from the group on how to deal with stainless surface rust, I am coming back for advice on what to use on the plastic flybridge windshield. I have it off the boat for my refinish project and it is an ideal time to try to bring back the surface shine as best I can. What do you recommend? Thanks

A product called NOVUS parts A & B a polish and a cleaner. Used by a lot of proffessional auto restorers. I did the dash lens on my '70 Chevelle and it looked like new... especially at night! ws

I second that! There was an old bottle of Novus on the boat left over from the PO. It was nearly empty so I just ignored it and bought something new that was said to be much better. It worked OK but I wasnt impressed. Seeing the old bottles of Novus, I tried them. WHAT a Difference! So Novus it is!

I use Novus on my 1981 plexiglass motorcycle windshield and helmet visor - works like nothing else I have ever seen - makes them transparent. Never thought of using on my FB plexiglass windshield - glad you asked.
