Usually no white (neutral) wire. The isolation transformer on the boat creates this lead onboard.

I have found old 3 lead 120V/50A cables used for this also, the white is used in place of the red. Still, no neutral lead needed (or paid for) with an isolation transformer on board.

So, it's either red, black & green or white, black & green wires.

Also, these wires are usually #6 gauge for 50A. 30A cords are 10gauge.
Would make a great 30A extension cord.
