Anyone on the forum have local knowledge of two marinas in Palm Coast. The marinas are Palm Coast Resort Marina and The Marina at Ginn Hammock Beach. Both are at ICW mile 803. Info on the internet ranges from "under construction" to "operational and complete". I would appreciate a dose of reality.

Palm coast resort marina has been open for years,I have stayed there and it is nice. The new marina across from Palm Coast Resort wasn't finished the last time I used the ICW there.
