Hey anybody watching this? The scenery is awesome, but there’s a sweet Hatteras enclosed fly bridge that is in and out of different scenes. We are a few episodes in and it’s pretty good.

Added it to my list!

Saw the show, loved it!
What an Awesome Hatteras! It looks to be something like 80 feet, with both enclosed and open fly bridges.

Hope they make a season 2.

86 foot EB convertible 2003 or so ??.........Pat

There was one of those in the slip across form me for years, It was for sale the whole time, no takers.
Why? 16V-149's

Just watched the first three episodes last night. Thanks for the suggestion.

Started watching this series, found it hilariously amazing that they moved figure 8 island to the Outerbanks and you can take ferry ofr tugboat to Chapel hill 🙄🙄🙄

I am enjoying the treasure hunt part of the story and the large boats but the revenge of the nerds/ stand by me story part can be tedious.

And the last episode was a bit ridiculous.

Agree with everyone. I was just in it for the great scenery and the boats!:cool:

I just finished episode 5, there are a lot of suspicious characters starting to rise to the top. The boat scenery is very good and I realize a baby boomer is not the demographic the show producers were looking at. I would like to know more about the DD 16v 149s though.

All I know about them is what the captain told me -
Outrageously heavy, crazy thirsty (250 gal/hr at 17 knots) and as reliable as a 4300 hp 16V92.
I don't know about that, but I do know they had them apart a lot of times for very little run time, and I have to say the boat itself is a bloated pig, not Hatt's best design.
