"Ospho" for HE Cleaning ?

Does anyone know if "Ospho" is the same product as ph-ospho-RIC ? This is the only product I can find in the Chesapeake bay area. Home Depot and the paint stores around here do not seem to know what Ph-ospho-RIC is. I would like to do my gensets this weekend but I not sure if this is the same stuff.....Pat
