Does anyone know the specs on the original props on a 1965 41' convertible with 8v53's and twin disc gears 1:1.97 gear ratio.

Have your boat's serial # ready and call SAM's. I'm sure they can get you the information you need.

Call hatteras company with your hull id, they can give you all the specs on it. They were able to do it on my 1965, so they should be able to do it for you too.
