Ophelia - Carolinas?

Genesis, we remember the call you made back on the 25th on Tropical Storm Katrina. What is your take on Ophilia? Looks like Charleston / Myrtle Beach to me, as a CAT 1????

The steering flow on this one is really bizarre; I'd say you better be ready anywhere from Jacksonville to the northern North Carolina border for this thing....

And I wouldn't take the possibility of a Cat 2 or even weak 3 off the table in terms of intensity - although right now she's being sheared pretty bad.

If I had to place a bet, I'd say dead-center on the South Carolina shoreline - but don't let your guard down on this one.
