Went to Lowes yesterday and created the below for about 12 bucks including the nozzle. Worked great to clear a clog deep in the system. (in this case apparently at the manifold in the engine room where three or four systems joined together...I say this because to my surprise the other long hose going to the other end of the double air handler pan started draining at the same time the clog cleared for the first hose) This assuming your condensation drains go to thru hull fittings and not into the bilge of course.
Have shop vac handy in case the clog doesn't clear right away as the procedure will temporarily introduce more water into the system.
Once I was pretty sure the clog was clear it was nice to lock the nozzle in the "on" position, walk outside and view the water pouring out the AC thru hull fitting for final confirmation.
