All- I am looking to source a raw water pump for my Onan 15.0 MDJF-3CR/9374AA SN# E20322938. I don’t have the Jabsco number. Anybody have a manual that would reference the part number so I can look to cross reference it? Thank YouCap’t Chuck aboard m/v Chartmaker 53MY

Answering my own thread here- I’m starting with smokestack.com- will report back with what I find-Remember to consider joining the NorCAL Hattie Rendevous at the end of September! Ping me for details!

The best place for Onan Pump replacements Is Depco Pump Company. I have used their Clearwater Store with great results .

Thanks Rusty. Charlie is back working on the submarine this week but states he’ll rebuild the pump for me with new bearings and seals if I collect the parts when he’s clear of that project. His brother Rich has access to a bearing press so all is well.

Just to be clear you don’t need the manual?

Rusty, John, and All-My bad- I wrongfully assumed that there would be a Jabsco solution here. There is not.The RWP is a Johnson. No number stamped on the casing or the cover. Just manufacturer name and proper impeller rotation direction indication.I have to call my commercial generator service folks today for another matter pertaining to my day job, who are also a good Onan shop, though they hate doing marine work. They might be able to give me the correct breadcrumbs to find the parts though. We also maintain 60-to-250kVA gen sets at the radio station transmitter sites, so having a vendor like that in my back pocket can be gold some days. With only an occasional drip I am not going to freak out about gen RWP... but I need to be proactive about it. The doghouse needs to come off and the sound-soak stripped and redone, plus the engine needs cleaning and paint. With less than 3000 hours, with the right care she should rattle on for a while.Still working on sourcing the seals for the FB steering pump too. That-s the big priority at the moment. The pump is deprecated and we are trying to determine if it is a 1978 or a 1979... they changed the seals that year it turns out. Thanks for being there!
