Oil Spill update

Could any of you on Mobile Bay or the Alabama coastline give me an update on if the oil from the spill is in Mobile Bay, Mississippi Sound or ICW???? That is to say is it impeding pleasure craft from freely traveling in that area.

We are going to the Gulf Coast Rendevous by car but are planning two weeks later to bring Bout Time that way to spend the summer on the Tennessee, which means I have to go up mobile bay to get into the Tenn- Tom.

Just painted the Hull and new bottom job and don't want to mess up the paint job. Thanks, Ron

Thanks Bill, yea it would take quite a bit to shut down the ICW, are you seeing oil sheen on the water at this point. Ron

ron, i haven't seen anything yet, i can smell it when they do the burning, but nothing else YET........keeping my fingers crossed. bigbill
