I've got a 13' Novurania that apparently has a leaky fuel tank (or maybe seals around the fuel sender). Boat is pretty new to me, but this is the first I've seen of the leak.
Boat is off the FB and has been on a trailer for the winter. It was garaged and I did some projects on her over the winter. When i jacked up the bow of the trailer today, a mix of gas/water came streaming out of the aft drain hole.
Unfortunately, access ports are non-existent. Fuel fill is on the stb bow and I'm assuming it's an aluminum tank that sits below the console.
Has anyone had an issue like this? How do you access it (or do I need to cut a hole in the deck and put an access port in when complete? What are the highest chances of leak (tank, sender, hoses, etc.)?
Obviously, I'd like to get this fixed before putting it back on the FB, where it could potentially leak onto the bridge and down into the cockpit.
Thanks!
